Quick Installation Guide

Plan to locate your air compressor and compressed air outlets before installation. The tubing can be installed either in the wall or hanging from the ceiling with tubing clips. A cutter and fittings are all you need to complete the setup. Only a wrench is required to tighten the connections.

Our tubing is made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with a layer of aluminum sandwiched between layers of HDPE. This combination is extremely ductile, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant. The smooth surface of the tubing further reduces the energy needed to push compressed air through the system, ensuring minimal pressure loss. The operating pressure is maintained at 200PSI at 73℉ and 160PSI at 140℉, providing reliable performance for extended periods.

No need for glue, soldering, or crimping. The kit includes L-shaped and T-shaped fittings for different tubing extension directions. Double O-ring compression style ensures a 100% seal at high working pressure, providing a secure and leak-free connection.

With an inside diameter of 3/4" and a bend radius of 6-8 inches, the tubing can bend to your specific needs.
